We identify underlying problematic patterns and behavior and through insight and understanding you will have a choice to ultimately act in a different, healthier way. The goal of treatment is to fully realize your strengths and live a happier, more fulfilling and more rewarding life.

    I have specialized training in a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, infertility and reproductive disorders, body image disorders, relationship concerns, and work with adolescents.
